The consultation, planning, selection of individual appliances and details—everything you need in a kitchen, from door handles to everything else—was first-class, with a calm and patient approach, plenty of time to consider everything, and absolute expertise. It was exactly as it should be, and it was! „I really wanted to share our experience with Dochows Family Studio in Berlin, and of course show a few photos of our new kitchen 😊 From the very first visit, you can tell this isn’t a typical kitchen studio, but a true family business with heart. It’s the whole family, mother, father, two brothers, and even their sweet dog. The two brothers are quite different but complement each other perfectly: one has that classic, stylish 80s vibe,calm, experienced, and incredibly kind,while the other represents the current generation,modern, responsible, and equally dedicated to his work. You can genuinely feel that they both love what they do. We ordered a Nolte kitchen from them and had a limited budget, but they really went the extra mile to make everything work for us. They put a lot of thought into finding the best possible solution, adjusting things carefully until we were happy—and in the end, we were more than happy with the result. I visited the studio three or four times because I wasn’t sure about the color, model, or even the brand at first. Patric was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and always made time for me without any pressure. That kind of service is really rare. At some point, I also asked if the kitchen could be ready by a specific date—and he kindly agreed. Everything was delivered and installed exactly on time, in perfect condition. Honestly, it turned out even better than we expected. Every single appointment was punctual, which is something you don’t always see these days. I always have a good feeling about family-run businesses, and this experience confirmed it completely. If we ever move again and need a new kitchen, we will definitely come back.
