We had our kitchen designed at Küchenkotten in the spring of 2025, and we are more than satisfied with the result. We were advised by Ms. Roming-Bellmann, who was incredibly attentive to our wishes. She dedicated a great deal of time to us (I believe there were a total of four or five appointments, each lasting several hours, during which we planned the details). Ms. Roming always visualized our ideas beautifully and took the existing conditions into account, so we could always easily imagine the finished product. Any special requests were immediately checked to see if they were feasible. The kitchen arrived on time, and the installation went quite smoothly (despite the uneven ceilings). We had to wait a little longer for a glass backsplash, but it's important to remember that the delivery took place during our vacation. Even after several months of use, there's nothing I would change if we were planning it again. And that, I think, is the highest compliment to our kitchen designer, Ms. Roming, who truly thought of everything. The kitchen arrived on schedule, and the installation went quite smoothly (despite the uneven ceilings). You can certainly have your kitchen planned more cheaply, but for those who don't want to compromise on quality and want their ideas implemented 100%, I can wholeheartedly recommend Küchenkotten.

We had a new kitchen planned by Riesenbeck in September 2025. Ms. Roming-Bellmann gave us excellent advice and implemented our wishes perfectly. The kitchen arrived on time, and the installation by the kitchen team went smoothly. We had a few minor complaints (manufacturer errors), but these were acknowledged and resolved promptly. Our kitchen turned out as fantastic as we imagined. We can wholeheartedly recommend Küchenkotten.

At Küchenkotten, we received very personal, individual, and friendly advice. A wide selection, various expansion options, and alternatives across different price and quality levels enabled us to plan a perfectly suited and wonderful kitchen. There's a large showroom on-site, so we were able to see and experience almost all the elements beforehand. Even after the purchase, we have nothing but positive things to say. The installers were very friendly and reliable, and they always took our individual wishes into account. Despite the undoubtedly challenging circumstances for everyone involved due to the pandemic, we are absolutely satisfied and now have a beautiful kitchen.

First off: we purchased a kitchen here. It's very beautiful and high-quality. Unfortunately, there were a few situations, especially during installation and after-sales service, that shouldn't have happened. I'll now describe the entire experience in detail. The kitchen showroom itself is a very nice place with plenty of displays and inspiration. The consultation is professional and convincing. You definitely feel very comfortable and well taken care of from the initial contact. The design of the new kitchen is also done professionally. Once the kitchen design is complete, including the choice of appliances, is a price "proposed?" I still don't understand whether I could have negotiated there. I didn't try. However, I was quite surprised that you receive a total price without being told how it's calculated. Quote: "Prices of individual parts are generally not given." I don't know if this is normal in the kitchen business, but in my opinion, it has little to do with transparency and fairness. The price seems almost arbitrary. For the final kitchen planning, measurements are taken on-site so that the kitchen will hopefully fit in the room in the end. The kitchen delivery time was two months due to company holidays. All perfectly normal and good. The delivery date for the kitchen was met. Well, sort of. Some parts, like the extractor hood, weren't delivered on time. No matter, we had a basic, functional kitchen. Unfortunately, some minor damage was done to our newly painted wall during installation. These things happen... especially when the installers are in such a bad mood on Monday morning and still have to work. Here's a little tip for one of the installers: when you're at a customer's home, you don't constantly complain about your work and how poorly the in-house consultant planned the kitchen. That's unprofessional. The man was obviously in a very bad mood that day. However, he probably had a point, as the kitchen design wasn't quite right. A lot of sawing and adjustments were necessary. In the end, there were still some visual differences in the kitchen layout compared to the initial plans... What a shame... It makes you wonder why measurements were even taken. After the installers left, I tested the Miele oven: short circuit -> broken. So I called, the installers came back, they checked the connections. Conclusion: oven broken. Miele service had to come. They did come a few days later. They replaced the electronics; the suspicion was that the oven had initially been connected incorrectly, which led to the power surge. Miele can't prove it, Riesenbeck denies it. I don't care, since it's a warranty case. The oven works. Unfortunately, the oven wasn't the only problem. We also had bad luck with the sink faucet, a cracked glass shelf in the display cabinet, and the fact that the kitchen manufacturer unfortunately built a cabinet incorrectly. Riesenbeck can't be held responsible for that, though. Most of the parts were delivered within about six weeks. Unfortunately, I have to say that this short waiting time probably wouldn't have been so short if I hadn't constantly followed up by phone. Describing all the details here would be too much. Overall, I can only say that the service itself is good... if you're in the store and ask questions... or call. Otherwise, you're pretty much forgotten. The invoices were issued in installments because the kitchen required three installation visits to be completed. I repeatedly asked for a cost breakdown so I knew how much I still owed, as a few details had changed from the initial quote. To no avail... The consultant kept "forgetting" to do it. Eventually, I received the final installment. Nice kitchen, it works... but it was exhausting.
