Wir haben gestern unsere neue Küche gekauft und wurden von Herrn Uzun beraten. Er war super freundlich, unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat sich wirklich Zeit für uns genommen – sogar über die Öffnungszeiten hinaus! When deciding on a new kitchen, we obtained quotes from both the local market leader and the company Hoppe. The price for a very comparable kitchen at the Hoppe kitchen studio was indeed very similar, but it already included things like dismantling the old kitchen and installing lighting. The consultation with Mr. Terhaag was exceptionally friendly and patient, taking our budget into account. With the competitor, it was more of a bizarre ordeal, where the budget was exceeded by more than 100%, and we were then expected to decide where to cut corners. This left a bad impression and felt like an unpleasant sales tactic. Mr. Terhaag had some suggestions and objections regarding our plans and took the time to explain his reasoning and recommendations. Now that the kitchen is installed, we have to say he was absolutely right. The kitchen was delivered on the agreed date, and Mr. Terhaag and his colleagues were always available to answer questions and provide assistance from the purchase to the installation. We were especially impressed with the kitchen installation by Mr. Szalai, who assembled and fitted it with meticulous care. The final result truly exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the 3D visualizations we received beforehand. There were a few minor issues that only became apparent a few days after installation, which were immediately rectified and couldn't have been noticed before. The Hoppe team remains available even after installation and considers the job complete only when everything is truly to the customer's satisfaction. We would choose Hoppe again without hesitation; the entire process, from consultation to completion, couldn't have gone better. Therefore, 5 stars and a full recommendation for anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Excellent advice, top-notch expertise with great ideas. Our wishes as customers were fully addressed, and we were also given objective and expert advice on things that couldn't be implemented and required alternatives. The delivery time was perfectly acceptable. The installation went almost flawlessly; only minor items were needed, which were delivered shortly afterward (towel rail, door hinge). The installation time was generously allotted, allowing for minor adjustments on-site. The installers were highly skilled, motivated, and left the work area clean and in excellent condition. We've been using our new kitchen for two months now and still enjoy the (artistic) creation by Hoppe every single day! Unfortunately, five stars aren't enough. We would have loved to give it more. But let's start from the beginning: After our initial contact, we received all the necessary documents, which included a lovely, personalized cover letter and a chocolate treat. The subsequent kitchen planning by Mr. Wegner proceeded very efficiently in three steps: 1. Appointment: Needs analysis 2. Appointment: Presentation of the results 3. Appointment: Fine-tuning The combination of professionalism, constructiveness, creativity, and a keen sense of what's achievable resulted in a kitchen that is truly exceptional (no hours-long meetings where you have to watch the kitchen planner painstakingly place individual pieces of furniture in the planning tool). The installation of the kitchen, overseen by Mr. Gensfeld, was also highly professional and went according to plan. His expertise and meticulous attention to detail, combined with his calm and composed manner, gave us the feeling at all times that we were in the hands of true professionals who understand their craft.
