„Absolutely recommended! The service was like buying a €100,000 kitchen. Niels gave us comprehensive advice, always had time for questions, and was always available despite the holidays and Christmas (our kitchen was installed between Christmas and New Year's). Every comment we made was addressed, and we truly felt that Niels was genuinely interested in ensuring we got the best kitchen for us and were happy with it for the long term. He's incredibly solution-oriented and only cares about what the customer wants. We didn't feel like he was working for Kvik, but for us! :-) Before our consultation with Kvik, we had a consultation at Höffner – the difference was like night and day. There, they were only interested in selling us any kitchen (the most expensive one possible), regardless of our wishes and requirements. We are very happy with our Kvik kitchen and our friends constantly compliment us and ask where we got that stylish kitchen. We would buy from Niels again in a heartbeat, even if we were to move away from the Lübeck area."

They were helpful and patient, answering questions, often regarding changes, and then more questions.
