At Küchen Aktuell, you don't feel like the whole process is being rushed around like a bazaar or that you're under artificial pressure. We had a total of three very friendly consultations (one of which was also easily arranged online) and were always given patient advice. Scheduling the measuring and installation appointments was extremely straightforward. The delivery date was met, and the kitchen was installed on-site in no time by very friendly fitters. Minor flaws were repaired promptly and without any complications. Top-notch customer service! „We are customer of Kuchen Aktuell’s Lübeck branch. We have visited the branch before the new year. We received a very good plan and together with the campaign we decided to sign the contract without any hesitation because we were given the assurance of any possible change before we order. In January, our dimensions were measured, and I contacted to our representatives via email to understand if dimensions are in line with our own measurements and finalize other changes that we were thinking of. 1-The answer that I got is that “you ordered already I don’t understand“. It was not the reaction that I expected but one of your assistant managers involved and then we had the appointment after a few more e-mail exchanges. 2-When we went to the appointment, the first reaction was “I didn’t have a chance to check your measurements and I have already told you that they were received recently”. Since, all the communications were via e-mail, I can prove that we were not told that measurements were not taken to account. Also, I clearly asked that I am looking for an appointment to check the latest status of measurements. We didn’t want to make things complicated and didn’t argue. 3-Then, when we were checking the details, I asked a question and he replied to me that “you have already asked this question”. I said, “it could be but I wanted to make sure I understood it correctly”. He said but you are asking again and again. I was a bit angry and told him that kitchen world is not my area of expertise and in order to avoid any mistake, I prefer to ask questions. 4-Later, in order to not to take his time, we said that we want to check handles, but we can do by ourselves and share our view later on. When we decided, he was not there, and we decided to share via email. We tried to describe the details in the email, and we planned to put to the drawing as well to make it easier, but we forgot to attach. He warned us and we shared the drawing immediately. Then, I got a reply including “You said we are already done to changed things“. Again, it was not the case. Lastly, he believes the issues are due to language barriers. I don’t think so. English is not my mother-language as well but both of us know enough to understand each other. To summarize, first we felt like that we had a good deal considering the price / quality ratio and we were very happy but the process after the signature has changed enormously. This is the first time we had in a such position as a customer. We were disappointed very significantly. Although there is a clear company policy that you can change your design before the order, we were questioned many times (please see the above 4 points) why we were changing. As a customer, we always try to give feedback to help companies improve their processes (in my company we treat customer voices as “a valuable asset”. Hoping that it is the same for your company). For example, we said that the handle varieties are very limited for “Burger” model. The aim of this review to make you aware of one of your representatives’ behaviors to a customer. Maybe we are not going to buy any other kitchen in our rest of the life, but it is not easy to share this experience positively with our friends. Hoping that you can compensate somehow due to things that we have been through.
