Unfreundlich und völlig inkompetent. Ich rate dringend von diesem Geschäft ab. Wir haben eine Almimö-Küche aus diesem Geschäft. Bei einem "Apotheker"-Küchenschrank gingen die Teleskopschinen kaputt. Nach 5 (!) Monaten warten auf eine Rückmeldung zur Reparatur war ich heute im Laden und bringe die defekten Teleskopschinen mit. You simply feel well taken care of and advised. It's unfortunately not a given that you can build a relationship of trust in kitchen studios. Here, you have the feeling of working together on the "new kitchen" project. Let's see if the rest of the process is just as professional. Situation: Perfect advice continues up to the signing of the contract. If the implementation goes just as smoothly... all the better. ;-) Update: The kitchen installation process is proving difficult, very difficult. The original date was postponed by four weeks due to internal errors and supplier delays, but only after the old kitchen was removed. This suggests a lack of coordination within the Sokol company. It's now the beginning of October, and several elements are still missing from the kitchen. This is definitely cause for frustration. A more in-depth discussion is needed. Update: Early November, and the kitchen is still not finished. The items that are complete are of very good quality. Nevertheless, we are now two months (!) behind schedule. This is unacceptable. Update: End of November, and still not finished. Three weeks ago, two project engineers came to take measurements, and the remaining parts were supposed to be installed soon. But they haven't. Where's the hidden camera?! ;-) Update: December 9th. The kitchen is finished! The quality is great! Pictures will follow after the painting is done. We also had a pleasant, open, and honest conversation with Dieter Sokol. We discussed all the problems from both of our perspectives and found a solution. Conclusion: Can I recommend Küchen-Sokol? Yes, the result is great. No, considering the problems that arose. However, it's much easier to fix these problems than to improve the quality (which is definitely good). So, "dear Sokols," eliminate the weaknesses, and then I can wholeheartedly recommend them! ;-)

What a shame – absolutely no customer service! Due to a faulty coating, some parts of my once beautiful white Sokol kitchen are yellowing. After five emails and several phone calls requesting that the problem be fixed, I haven't heard a peep from the company. I've been waiting for over a year now... Update: The company has since contacted me. The repair itself was flawless and extremely fair. The employees were very reliable and competent. Therefore, I'm revising my 1-star rating upwards.

The advice and the kitchen itself were very nice. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired! Our dishwasher had rusty baskets after four years of use. Sokol can't do anything about that, of course, but even after multiple attempts to contact them by email, in person, and by phone, we received no helpful answers and are still stuck with the rusty baskets. A real shame! Update: Sokol eventually fixed the problem.

There are still companies where everything just clicks. From the consultation and planning to delivery, installation, and service, it was simply fantastic. The team's accessibility and friendliness were superb. Even during these challenging times (delivery problems from external companies), a solution was always found. We immediately received a free loaner appliance. Thank you so much for our dream kitchen.

Excellent advice and planning, very fast delivery, and still competitive prices. We bought our kitchen in 2013 and are now having it redesigned for our new house because we're so happy with it and want to take it with us. Everything was great again.
