Nach dem Kauf der Küche vor sieben Jahren war es bereits etwas schwierig mit Herrn Keller zu kommunizieren. Das hatten wir abgehakt. Nun ging ein Scharnier vom oberen Eckschrank kaputt. Kann passieren. Auf Nachfrage im Geschäft Keller erhielten wir nach 5 Tagen einen Preis von !!!! 70 Euro für ein Scharnier von der Fa. Hettich genannt. Wir müssten aber auch beide austauschen. After purchasing the kitchen seven years ago, communication with Mr. Keller was already somewhat difficult. We'd put that behind us. Now, a hinge on the upper corner cabinet broke. These things happen. After inquiring at the Keller store, we received a quote of 70 euros for a hinge from Hettich after five days. They said we would have to replace both hinges. This seemed exorbitant, so we called the manufacturer. They were amused by the quoted price and referred us to DIY stores or the internet, which, according to Keller, probably only offer inferior products. Hettich stated that replacing both hinges is only conditionally necessary. In the end, we bought a Hettich hinge online for 9.64 euros. Thanks to the "great service" of Küchentreff Keller. Regarding your response, Mr. Keller (?!?), I can assure you that I didn't misunderstand anything. My husband was present and overheard. We even asked again explicitly!! Because it seemed highly odd to us to have to pay 70 euros for a hinge. The exact same ones are available online for just under 10 euros.

We are very satisfied. We went to Küchentreff Keller on a recommendation. It was our first consultation for our new kitchen, and we were in good hands. Afterwards, we did some more research and ultimately placed our order with Keller. Fair price, friendly and competent advice from Ms. L., even when we changed our plans. Installation was punctual and professional. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent – ​​from the consultation and ordering process to the installation. Friendly and transparent, without any "special offers today only, just for you" gimmicks; you get a truly fair price and have plenty of time to consider your options. The installation was completed less than two months after ordering. Since our washing machine hadn't yet been delivered, the installers came back a month later to finish the final touches. Very quick, friendly, and competent. Exactly what you want when buying a new kitchen!

Great initial consultation, but then the quality dropped significantly! We had roughly pre-selected a Nobilia Flash kitchen and Neff appliances and then scheduled an appointment with Küchentreff Keller. At the first appointment, Mr. Keller spent almost three hours planning our dream kitchen with us, down to a few details, and gave us a total price. The consultation was truly excellent. He gave us a lot of valuable advice, especially regarding the appliances, to help us make the right choices. For example, an oven with pull-out drawers but without pyrolytic cleaning, a dishwasher without a dessing drawer, the height of the kitchen cabinets and countertops, etc. The second appointment focused on fine-tuning and ordering the kitchen. We spent another two hours there, optimizing a few details. The total price was certainly realistic, and most of the appliance prices were competitive with online prices from retailers like Otto or MediaMarkt. I'd also like to highlight that, upon request, they offered us a cashback discount to offset the reduced VAT rate. I'd also like to highlight that they accommodated us with a difference cashback upon request. Before delivery, I was very sure I would give a 5-star rating. However, several things went very unsatisfactorily during the installation. The two different kitchen plans for one customer: During the kitchen installation, we weren't constantly watching the installers, so at some point, the mounting rails for the wall cabinets were screwed to the wall and the first cabinets were hung. We then expressed our concern that this was not how it had been planned and that this was also evident from the height of the electrical outlets. The lead installer showed us his installation plan, measured everything with us, and it was indeed correct. Now the wall cabinets are hanging about 15-20 cm lower than planned, and the electrical outlets above them are hanging in mid-air (see photo). Furthermore, the top panel for the tall cabinet was not delivered. The height of the wall cabinets is ergonomically fine, but then our electrician could have placed the electrical outlets lower. We and the electrician had the plan for the tall cabinet to be installed at a higher level, including the top panel, while the kitchen fitters had the plan for a lower level installation without a top panel. We politely pointed this out to Mr. Keller via email, but never received even the slightest response. We then learned from an employee that there were indeed two different plans for our kitchen. Then the dishwasher we had chosen, of which they claimed several were in stock at the time of purchase, wasn't delivered with the kitchen. Seven weeks late, the wrong appliance, unsuitable for our kitchen height, was finally delivered. We were lucky, and the fitters were able to remove the correct appliance from a display kitchen and install it in ours. Then there were further discussions about the final payment upon delivery. A final payment of €800 in cash was agreed upon at installation, which was also supposed to cover the installation team's wages. The fitters then brought documents indicating a further final payment of over €500. When I inquired at the kitchen studio, they initially stated that installation wasn't included in the price, even though it had been agreed otherwise. This was later retracted. It's truly a shame that such good advice was followed by so many completely unnecessary issues. Things can go wrong, but so much with one customer? And the worst part is that the owner doesn't even bother to look after customers or apologize when something goes wrong. The kitchen studio staff, however, were always very friendly and helpful when problems arose. So, my initial 5-star rating has dwindled to a generous 3 stars, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this business without reservation.
