Anfang Dezember Bestellt, Ende Januar geliefert und aufgebaut. Nacharbeiten waren sehr klein, aber 99 % am zugesagtem Termin bei Bestellung ist heute ja eine Besonderheit. My experience after two years with our new kitchen: Everything still fits perfectly, just like on day one, or rather, day two :P A few minor adjustments were needed, but that wasn't a problem at all. For me, that's what makes a good business – when things are handled quickly and reliably. The bottom line is that we're still very happy after two years. We'd like to thank Mr. Kersten for his expert advice and for bringing our wishes to life. And the installers are truly fantastic; you can tell they're employees, not just subcontractors. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Simply tell them what you want, set a budget, and relax ;)

Buying a new kitchen is a big decision, not just financially, but also in terms of the overall design, what you want, and what's important to you. I really wanted a fantastic kitchen again, and I didn't make the decision lightly. I visited almost every kitchen showroom within a 40 km radius, both large and small. I wanted to gather some inspiration and get a feel for who would take good care of me personally. Right from the start, I discovered that some showrooms offer a measurement service, but it's not free. Others made big promises, and I sent emails only to be met with no response for weeks. Still others came by and wanted to leave everything as it was, which didn't meet our expectations. When we went to "die neue Küche" (the new kitchen), I received a call back immediately, and the measurement was free. Even during the measurement process, the professionalism of the staff was evident – ​​a welcome change from our previous experience. ``` During our initial consultation with Mr. Kersten, he immediately understood what I wanted: a kitchen that was "a marvel of space efficiency," stylish, but above all, functional. We revised the plans several times and even started to feel a bit guilty, but Mr. Kersten always emphasized that it was our kitchen and he wanted us to be truly happy with it. Of course, we encountered a few hurdles, but Mr. Kersten and the new kitchen were always there for us as contacts and supporters. We were and still are thrilled with the excellent service, planning, and execution – it simply couldn't be better. Here, the customer is king; customer satisfaction and customer focus are paramount and are the essential part of this kitchen studio and what it stands for. Every little detail was addressed, every wish taken into account. And finally: the installers are amazing, the best on the planet. Everything was perfect. The kitchen installation was simply excellent. They also provide advice and alleviate any concerns or uncertainties the customer might have. We were absolutely delighted. Now it's finally here, our dream kitchen, and we're simply overjoyed. It's perfect for us, and we love going into this beautiful room every day. Fantastic kitchen studio! The consultation was friendly and very personalized. The design was perfectly tailored to my wishes, and the installation was absolutely professional. The quality of the kitchen is top-notch – I'm completely satisfied and can highly recommend this studio!

As part of my move, I needed a new kitchen, so I contacted various suppliers and obtained quotes. I ultimately chose Die Neue Küche (The New Kitchen), and several factors were decisive: After contacting them in writing, I received a very prompt call back, allowing us to quickly arrange a (non-binding) room measurement. A few days later, the first draft was ready, which we were able to adjust and optimize at the next appointment. It's particularly noteworthy that any special requests regarding the features could always be accommodated. We were also able to quickly reach an agreement on the price (after a brief negotiation), which ultimately led to me placing the order. Delivery times for custom-designed kitchens can take several weeks. It's worth noting that the initial estimated delivery time was actually met. The final major challenge was the kitchen installation. Fortunately, a suitable appointment was found shortly after the kitchen components were delivered. Despite some unforeseen events on the actual delivery date, the kitchen installation went smoothly. The installation team deserves special mention: friendly, motivated, and reliable. While there were minor defects in some parts of the kitchen (which were not the fault of the installation team), these were documented by the employees themselves, and replacement parts were ordered. Overall, I am very satisfied with the process and optimistic that the aforementioned minor issues can be resolved quickly. Therefore, I can highly recommend Die Neue Küche. Special thanks also go to Mr. Clewer, who was always available during the planning phase and on the day of installation and always had a quick solution.

Better late than never, we're finally giving our 5 stars. We had to buy our second kitchen in three years, and the previous purchase at another studio had been somewhat ripped off. Here, we received competent and honest advice from the very beginning. Thank you for everything, especially the transparency.
