Terrible terrible installation experience. Just to tell you the timeline: the kitchen first installation starts on December 2023, they forgot something and came again on March 2024. During the time, luckily we were able to find there is no switch for the LED light of the kitchen, and then they came again in May. This already takes half year just to complete installation. I moved in later in May, and found the dishwasher was not running at all, it’s clearly that there is no power connection, but I couldn’t see the socket easily. I asked them to check but they refused to come because I already signed that everything was complete, and they say they never had the mistake. How arrogant! But you only know things when you start using it…. After one week battle with them, I finally found out indeed the socket of dishwasher is not plugged in, together with the help of neighbours and after removing some parts of the kitchen in order to see the socket! Really unsatisfied installation experience and customer service!

We bought our new kitchen from Thelen and are absolutely thrilled. The consultation with Mr. Corbelli was exceptionally good. He was competent, honest, and focused on finding the best solution for us, rather than simply trying to sell us as much as possible. We felt incredibly well taken care of at all times. You can immediately tell that the company has 300 years of experience behind it. Everything seems well-designed, tried and tested, and of high quality. The kitchens are generally positioned in the higher price segment, but thanks to current promotions, the price of our kitchen was at least on par with large furniture stores, but with significantly more expertise behind it. We feel like we bought our dream kitchen here at a fair price. At Thelen, you don't just get cabinets and appliances, but genuine expertise. And the installation is at least as important as the design. In our opinion, Thelen is the perfect partner for both. Highly recommended!

A clear recommendation! Here, they truly offer advice, not just sales pitches. We bought our kitchen here and are extremely satisfied with the entire planning and consultation process with Mr. Corbelli. Mr. Corbelli dedicated a significant amount of time to three appointments and developed a fantastic concept that utilizes the space much more effectively than our original idea. He was very attentive to all our wishes, but also consistently provided clear recommendations based on his experience and even advised us against certain things. In short: exactly what you hope for from a good consultant, but rarely find. In the end, the price was roughly the same as what we would have paid at one of the large furniture stores, but in our opinion, we received a much more thoughtful design and very high quality. We ourselves were referred to Thelen Drifte and are happy to pass on this recommendation.

Nice showroom, but after commissioning the work, they were incredibly incompetent – ​​it took them almost six months and multiple on-site visits to correctly install a steam oven. Other kitchen work was also handled poorly. Based on my personal experience, documented by emails and receipts, I wouldn't recommend them.
