We are satisfied with Klaus Pahl 's professional work in designing the kitchen for our apartment. He listened to our wishes and provided valuable opinions, which helped us filter our choices. He was very patient and maintained a calm demeanor during both appointments we had with him. The first appointment was quite long, 4 hours of focused discussion, and we left feeling satisfied. The second appointment was also lengthy. He had another appointment afterward, and it seemed that the other guests were waiting. At that time, we were unaware of this, as he did not show any signs of impatience. He followed the process diligently, provided us with all the necessary information, and we also received gifts from the company. We have signed the contract and can still change some details until a specific date in the future before the currently estimated installation date. Additionally, we will receive a 2% discount if we pay within two weeks of signing the contract. These are the plus points. Surprisingly, the company does not have the so-called General Conditions, a document that is usually difficult to read and fully understand. The contract contains only a few "rules" in German, which are easy to comprehend with the help of Google Translate and Klaus Pahl ’s explanations. The first sentence in the contract reads: "Our customers and employees are the most important thing in our company. We treat our customers like friends." (translated by Google Translate). So far, we find this to be true. Not only in the Düsseldorf studio where Klaus Pahl works, but also in the Neuss studio on a Saturday afternoon after 3 pm. An employee there approached us, while he was talking with a client, to give us sufficient information, as the receptionist was not available. This gives us an impression of a well-organized process within the company, with engaged employees. The contract states: "We will deliver as agreed. You will pay as agreed."
