„I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Farah Juratli as the main designer for our new kitchen. I really appreciate the fact that she respected my strong preference for natural stone while weaving the high-tech appliances beautifully into our mid-century theme. After interviewing several leading kitchen studios in the Dresden area, I chose Milano because of their elegant approach to kitchen design, great attention to individual preferences and excellent communication. I especially like the fact that Ms. Juratli drew on her background as an architect and her extensive experience living in the US to understand my preferences and help me find the materials and appliances available on the local market to achieve the desired look while preserving the unique charm of an old house. She took the time to discuss my mood board and needs, revise proposals and patiently accompany me to a major supplier to select the natural stone slab that best suited our design and budget. Throughout the design and implementation phase, we had excellent communication with Milano Studio (and through them, the suppliers). Ms. Juratli accommodated our English language needs and always made sure that the project was on schedule and that we were kept informed. When we ran into problems with the electrical work that needed to be done during the renovation, the team in Milan went above and beyond to communicate with experts who had extensive experience working with local old houses to come up with an effective solution, thus ensuring that the design could be effortlessly executed. We are also very pleased with the professional and cheerful installation crew led by Mr. Frank Gonzalez. Their attention to detail and quality control helped us identify problems (that we barely noticed) and proactively communicate with the suppliers to ensure the quality of the kitchen. I am very pleased with our new kitchen and I would like to thank the entire Milano team for making it possible."
