„Unfortunately, we cannot agree with the positive reviews. The purchase contract for a kitchen was signed in September 2024 with delivery in Q1 2025. To date, there has been no (!) delivery, documents were lost, and the installation plan is still not available despite repeated reminders. Communication was attempted via email, phone, on-site, and (unanswered) registered mail – without any reliable added value. A complete disappointment, especially because we had previously shared negative experiences with the consultant at another kitchen studio (for a different property). If the other reviews here are true, as managing director, I would take a look at the case and any further work by the consultant in question and take appropriate action if necessary. I will now strongly advise my partner, who is the contracting party, to take legal action and wish I had noticed the GoLocal reviews earlier. Please also refrain from communicating a fake offer of help via the reply function here (similar to the reaction to other bad reviews about your studio). Simply fulfill the purchase agreement. It's a farce. Edit after reply: You know yourself that this isn't true. The kitchen was paid on time within 14 days of signing the contract. All delays (creation of the installation plan, provision of the financing agreement) were caused by you – as you know, we can also provide written evidence of this. Including registered mail. ;) The fact that you approached us yesterday with open issues that had never been mentioned before also doesn't speak well for you. I think it's a shame that we're not playing cards here. It would be good for you to admit your own mistakes, not just over the phone. Nevertheless, we naturally appreciate your efforts to ensure timely delivery and installation."
