Update to the original review: After publishing my review, I was contacted by phone by the department head and asked to remove it. During this conversation, I explicitly stated that I was, of course, willing to adjust the review as soon as our actual experience changed through an amicable agreement or resolution. A correction could have been made at any time – but only after a thorough clarification of the issue. Instead of a substantive solution, I have now received a letter from a lawyer accusing me of defamation in connection with this review. This accusation is incomprehensible to me, as the content described corresponds to my personal experience with the project, the agreed-upon procedures, and the communication. Unfortunately, this approach confirms my previous impression of how legitimate criticism is handled: Instead of attempting to resolve the problem in a customer-oriented manner, legal pressure is immediately applied. I maintain my statement that I am always open to an amicable resolution and would adjust my review accordingly as soon as the underlying circumstances actually change. Original Review: A specific delivery date was agreed upon when we placed our order. This date was crucial for us in deciding to order from them, and it was not met. We have had to bear the consequences of this entirely on our own. Only after signing the contract did we learn from conversations and publicly available reviews that disputes apparently arise frequently with companies associated with Mr. Joppe because promised services are not provided or are only partially provided. These experiences of other customers unfortunately align with our own. The communication was particularly disappointing: Neither the branch manager nor the regional manager acted in a customer-oriented or solution-oriented manner. Instead of clarity, there were excuses and attempts to downplay the issue. A look at the terms and conditions completes the picture: They state, in essence, that delivery deadlines are not binding, even if they were previously promised. This clearly contradicts what was conveyed during the sales conversation. These terms and conditions, however, do not reflect the reality of the situation. Our conclusion: Anyone who values ​​reliability, clear agreements, and honest communication should take the experiences of other customers seriously and critically examine any purchase made here.

Here, you're understood and receive excellent advice. They offer a limited selection of kitchen brands, but all of the highest quality and features, and are by no means overpriced. If you need help dismantling your old kitchen and renovating, they'll connect you with the right people so that everything is handled professionally and seamlessly, all coordinated to your exact schedule. The absolute highlights, however, are first and foremost the consultation, which leaves nothing to be desired. The staff truly think of every detail and even accommodate special requests! And secondly, the installation team, who assemble your dream kitchen and handle every challenge with professionalism. They work with such care, as if they were installing their own kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled!

Unfortunately, we cannot agree with the positive reviews. The purchase contract for a kitchen was signed in September 2024 with delivery in Q1 2025. To date, there has been no (!) delivery, documents were lost, and the installation plan is still not available despite repeated reminders. Communication was attempted via email, phone, on-site, and (unanswered) registered mail – without any reliable added value. A complete disappointment, especially because we had previously shared negative experiences with the consultant at another kitchen studio (for a different property). If the other reviews here are true, as managing director, I would take a look at the case and any further work by the consultant in question and take appropriate action if necessary. I will now strongly advise my partner, who is the contracting party, to take legal action and wish I had noticed the GoLocal reviews earlier. Please also refrain from communicating a fake offer of help via the reply function here (similar to the reaction to other bad reviews about your studio). Simply fulfill the purchase agreement. It's a farce. Edit after reply: You know yourself that this isn't true. The kitchen was paid on time within 14 days of signing the contract. All delays (creation of the installation plan, provision of the financing agreement) were caused by you – as you know, we can also provide written evidence of this. Including registered mail. ;) The fact that you approached us yesterday with open issues that had never been mentioned before also doesn't speak well for you. I think it's a shame that we're not playing cards here. It would be good for you to admit your own mistakes, not just over the phone. Nevertheless, we naturally appreciate your efforts to ensure timely delivery and installation.

After I expressed a desire to replace the cabinet fronts, Ira Waldeck convinced me to buy a new kitchen. I'm so glad I took this step every single day. The kitchen is practical, and all my wishes were fulfilled perfectly. I'm very satisfied.

5 stars for Ms. Waldeck (advice/sales) and Ms. A. Bode (order processing), as well as the installation team. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the personal, competent advice. Ms. Waldeck included a spot for Sammy (our dog) in our kitchen. The installation team implemented this creatively, with wonderful tips on work surfaces, clearing, and handling of electrical appliances. As a result, we have a perfect kitchen that we enjoy cooking in. Many thanks for the clean, pleasant, and careful advice and installation.
