Die Erfahrung mit MEDA ist leider abfallend und differenziert. Wir haben dort im Februar 2025 zwei Küchen bestellt. The contract with Mr. Winkler was established over the phone. Mr. Winkler immediately offered to inspect my apartment himself and get to know me personally. I gratefully accepted, as this allowed Mr. Winkler to take the measurements and inspect the connections, electrical wiring, and fuses in my apartment. While he was inspecting and measuring, we had the opportunity to get to know each other and form a mutual impression. I found Mr. Winkler to be a meticulous and friendly person who enjoys presenting his ideas to offer a wide range of options. This ultimately proved very helpful, as I relied heavily on past experiences with kitchen layouts and therefore lacked inspiration for new kitchen styles, lighting, or appliance placement. A few days after this initial meeting and the taking of measurements, I was invited to Mr. Winkler's kitchen showroom in Wiesbaden. There, Mr. Winkler presented his first kitchen design and clearly explained his reasoning behind it. After I requested a few changes, these were immediately incorporated into the kitchen design. Whenever I had questions about folding mechanisms, materials, appliances, functions, etc., we got up during the planning process so I could see and touch the details in Mr. Winkler's kitchen showroom. This was incredibly helpful and allowed me to make decisions much faster because my questions could be answered directly, and I had the pros and cons explained and demonstrated to me, enabling me to quickly weigh the options. The plans were finalized without any time pressure (I was even able to make changes two days later), and I was promised a quick turnaround within a month. I was very pleased because this was far from the usual long delivery times and subsequent scheduling of installations that I had been expecting. So, thankfully, it went much faster than any other furniture order or installation I've ever had. In fact, all the kitchen components were delivered to me after three and a half weeks, and the installation was scheduled a few days in advance. The installers were punctual and very friendly. They laid down floor mats in my apartment to prevent damage to the tiles and parquet flooring and handled my kitchen units with great care and attention. They brought a fully equipped truck with all the necessary tools for the installation and worked completely independently. They were also able to provide expert answers to my questions about the installation and, in addition to their professional work, were very friendly people. After the work was completed and the final inspection was carried out, and I received all the documents and operating instructions for my kitchen, the installers explained all the basic details of my kitchen and its appliances to me. I was also able to ask further questions about functions and maintenance instructions. There was plenty of time for this, so the installers didn't have to leave immediately after finishing their work. Mr. Winkler provided me with expert advice throughout the two-day installation and all other planning and concept development phases, and he left nothing to be desired in terms of availability, speed of implementation, accommodating special requests where possible, and his friendly and approachable manner. After the installation was completed and I received all the necessary documentation and operating instructions, the installation was prompt, and the installers were very accommodating. Even after the initial kitchen renovation, Mr. Winkler continued to assist me when I wanted to make some minor changes. Thanks to his help, I was always able to find excellent solutions that perfectly suited my kitchen and my vision. Therefore, I would definitely choose his services again for the planning, design, and execution of any future kitchen project!

Mr. Winkler is highly competent in both the planning and execution of kitchens, and his experience, expertise, and practical approach are always available. The quality of the kitchens is beyond question. Even when other tradesmen executed work differently than originally planned, he responded confidently and always found solutions. Overall, he did an outstanding job on our kitchens. I highly recommend Mr. Winkler and would even travel great distances for the impressive results.

From truly comprehensive, needs-based, and individualized advice to an incredible wealth of experience and in-depth expertise, as well as reliable installation and defect rectification, the overall concept is simply perfect! Specialist retailers and service providers of this scope, with such palpable passion for what they do, are rare these days. What was particularly remarkable for us were the many solutions to problems that the coronavirus year of 2020 unfortunately threw our way.

Before our move during Advent, we came across Mr. Winkler in September thanks to good online reviews. We were looking for a modern, custom kitchen that wasn't off-the-shelf and had exactly the components you wouldn't necessarily find in standard furniture stores, such as a gas stove and a dining table that connects to the countertop. It worked out perfectly. After site visits, including measurements, and two consultation appointments, we ordered the chic kitchen, including a cool gray wine refrigerator. Mr. Winkler gave us excellent advice on the design (colors, materials, design). The move-in was scheduled for before Christmas, and everything went smoothly, as did the collaboration with various tradespeople. The Winkler installation team worked quickly, effectively, and professionally. That was really great and we were delighted! A minor issue with the igniter on the gas stove was easily resolved by Mr. Winkler; unfortunately, we are not always satisfied with the washing performance of the modern AEG dishwasher. Conclusion: We would happily recommend the Winkler kitchen studio!

We came to Mr. Winkler on a recommendation and can wholeheartedly endorse it. Mr. Winkler took a look at our existing kitchen and really understood our vision. He quickly came up with the right ideas, and within a week, we received a fantastic kitchen design concept. All our wishes were implemented and even optimized. The wide variety of materials Mr. Winkler offers also makes choosing a new kitchen a real pleasure. The execution and renovation went flawlessly, as Mr. Winkler personally coordinated all the trades and oversaw all the preparatory work.
