We planned our kitchen with Mr. Stefan Scheider at Reddy Küchen and we could not have been more satisfied. We informed before hand, as foreigners , that our German is not the best and Mr. Schneider came all prepared to help us plan on the 1st appointment. Everything went very smoothly from our first appointment face to face , several email exchanges over 2-5 months (we wanted to install the new kitchen on a specific later date ) and until the final day. The staff who came to install the kitchen was so good! Professional, punctual and the finishing of their work is hugely commendable. My husband and I are very happy and highly recommend them . From the very first minute, it was clear that he wasn't just making a sale, but genuinely thinking things through. You can tell how much he enjoys good kitchen design and how important it is to him that the end result is a kitchen that's truly our own, not just some standard model. The result is fantastic. The kitchen not only looks amazing, but it also works perfectly in everyday life. We cook in it almost every day and are constantly grateful for the many small decisions Tom helped us with. The attached photos, including some of freshly seared steaks, really show how much we enjoy our new kitchen. Special praise is also due to Markus Hobmeier, who installed our kitchen. Tom and Markus are an exceptionally well-coordinated team, and the installation was precise, clean, and thoroughly professional. We were also particularly impressed by the after-sales service. Even long after the installation, Tom took the time to help us with a problem we had with the cooktop. Everything was quick, straightforward, and incredibly friendly. You don't often experience that kind of service these days. Therefore, my unequivocal recommendation is: If you're planning a kitchen, go directly to Tom. His combination of experience, honesty, expertise, and genuine passion for his work makes all the difference. Thank you for the wonderful kitchen and the excellent service.

Simply perfect! We ordered the kitchen at the end of November. Stefan Schneider is a truly excellent consultant and always knew exactly what we were missing and immediately offered a suggestion we liked. The kitchen was even installed before Christmas, so everything was finished within 3-4 weeks. A huge thank you to the installation team! You guys are fantastic at what you do and incredibly fast. Even though the dishwasher arrived a week late, the kitchen is a dream and the store is simply amazing. All I can say is, until the next kitchen 😊 and thanks again ♡

After my move, I finally decided to get a new kitchen. Mr. Schneider from Küchen Reddy in Regensburg helped me with this. Clear guidelines regarding budget and my ideas were implemented precisely. He dedicated a great deal of time to this and planned the kitchen with me until I felt completely satisfied. The budget was slightly exceeded, but given his patience, friendly service, and the final result, it was more than justified. This positive experience wasn't limited to the sales process.
