Ich habe mich sehr auf die Planung unserer Küche gefreut. Nachdem ich mit meinem Mann mehrere Studios besucht hatte, hatte ich schon ein bisschen aufgegeben meine Traumküche zu finden. Ich bin mit sehr konkreten Vorstellungen an die Küchenplanung gegangen bin und wahrscheinlich somit nicht die leichteste Kundin. Herr Herrmann ist aber von Anfang an auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. I was really looking forward to planning our kitchen. After visiting several showrooms with my husband, I'd almost given up on finding my dream kitchen. I approached the kitchen planning with very specific ideas, which probably made me a bit of a challenging customer. However, Mr. Herrmann addressed all our wishes right from the start. We're so glad we designed and purchased our kitchen at his showroom. We only needed two appointments before we bought the kitchen. Mr. Herrmann's consultation was excellent, and he always took the time to explain everything and refine our own ideas. In other showrooms, we often heard phrases like, "That won't work, we'll have to do it differently," or "We can't make it work like that." I never heard any of those things here. Right up until the last meeting, they were still tweaking the kitchen until it was perfect for us and as symmetrical as possible. The workers were outstanding—fast, efficient, and clean. Every move was precise. Everything was perfect within four hours. The backsplash was measured and fitted perfectly a few weeks later. I'd also like to mention that a small piece of damage occurred during transport, but before I even noticed it, the employee had already noted it and ordered a replacement. It was replaced without any fuss. Really great! No lengthy discussions, it was taken care of immediately without me even having to bring it up. My husband and I are so happy with our kitchen, and I would buy it there again in a heartbeat. A fantastic team—friendly staff in the showroom, Mr. Herrmann, and the installers! It's the heart of our apartment, and even months later, I'm still absolutely delighted with it.

Even after about three years, we are still more than satisfied. The stone slabs from the partner stonemason are also absolutely recommendable and much nicer than those from the competition. We would gladly use them again!

Absolutely recommended! If you're looking for a fantastic kitchen, this is the perfect place! Mr. Herrmann puts his heart and soul into his work! With his expertise and an eye for detail, he's always there to offer advice, and you get the impression he's designing his own kitchen :-) There are plenty of kitchen showrooms... But if you want a truly special experience and a truly amazing kitchen, you HAVE to go to Mr. Herrmann :-)))
