„The kitchen is finally installed – and after three months, it's completely finished! And it's absolutely beautiful! Special thanks to our consultant, Mr. Jatzkowski, who showed not only incredible patience but also fantastic planning commitment during the initial layout. And to Mr. Klinkenberg, who (after the installers had interpreted the installation plan rather haphazardly) completely salvaged the kitchen's silhouette by readjusting the cabinetry at the sink. A particularly big thank you to the Schmidt kitchen installation team, who completed the installation flawlessly, reliably, and with great dedication in just two days – and then, during a follow-up visit, easily rectified the oversights made by the Duisburg team. It was a bit of a shame (but wouldn't have warranted a star deduction): During the initial installation, a countertop had to be temporarily installed for what should have been only four to six weeks because the final countertop had a longer delivery time. The "four to six weeks" turned into two and a half months, with a rather tedious scheduling process for the final installation. Among other things, the dispatcher in Duisburg claimed it was a warranty claim and that new installations had priority. No, dear kitchen experts, that wasn't the case. And everything had already been paid for – which was perhaps the mistake. I understand that appointments are scarce in the run-up to Christmas, but this construction site, with its sharp edges, for example around the sink, could have been resolved quickly. And when the stone-specialized installation team from Duisburg finally arrived, they did a great job installing the countertops, but they didn't leave the "construction site" as pristine as father and son Schmidt had."

„Highly recommended! We came across Küchenwelt Brag through an advertisement and thought, "Why not?! Let's just do some planning without obligation and see where it leads." That same day, we received a call from customer service in Duisburg to discuss the initial details so that we could get started right away at our scheduled appointment in Recklinghausen. The appointment was arranged with the customer in mind, and we were soon sitting with Mr. Yildirim at the kitchen showroom in Recklinghausen. Mr. Yildirim was incredibly genuine, friendly, and communicated on equal terms. Most importantly for us, everything was completely transparent. No promises were made to lure us in, no appointments were given that couldn't be kept, or anything like that. Mr. Yildirim even called the head office in our presence to coordinate and confirm the appointments. He also took the time to help us with product selection, walking through the showroom with us several times so we could carefully weigh the pros and cons. Here, too, honest communication and excellent advice were always provided – without being pushy. The on-screen visualization was always up-to-date and perfectly tailored to our needs, allowing us to easily explore different ideas digitally. This approach also led to fantastic results regarding the countertop. The agreed-upon price was adhered to – any additional costs were discussed beforehand and factored into the final price, ensuring there were no hidden fees. Various promotions made it possible to purchase a ceramic countertop (though due to manufacturing delays, this was unfortunately delayed, which was unforeseen at the time of planning). The countertop will be delivered and installed with a slight delay (3 weeks). A temporary countertop was offered free of charge as an interim solution, allowing us to use the kitchen in the meantime. Reconnecting the appliances was also offered immediately, which is a great service and completes the overall positive experience. The installation plan was also taken into consideration, as were the solutions to minor issues (a fused outlet for the oven was missing, so a splitter was used). Mr. Yildirim's customer service was exceptional and truly courteous. Right now, the kitchen is being installed by the dream team, the Schmidts. The Schmidts were incredibly punctual, friendly, and their work is fantastic! Any problems or difficulties with the building were immediately identified, and solutions were discussed right away (in our case, it was the exhaust for the range hood). Both are very genuine and pleasant to deal with. If you're going to have a kitchen installed, choose the Schmidts! They were recommended to us, and we met briefly for the first time during the consultation/planning appointment—we had a pleasant experience even then, which is why we were so keen to work with this team. We're excited to see the final result, but we're already thrilled with our decision and can absolutely recommend Küchenwelt! ... Once everything is in place, I'll post an update :-) Edit 1: The kitchen, including the temporary countertop, was completely installed by the two Schmidt installers within just a few hours – that's really amazing! The work area was left clean, and they provided brief care instructions for the cabinet fronts. Tomorrow, other professionals will connect the electricity and water. Here's a photo of the kitchen before it's finished. Edit 2: The ceramic countertop has since arrived and was installed last Friday. The installers were also fantastic. They started on schedule and finished faster than expected. Despite the fast pace, they worked very carefully and installed everything perfectly (see photos)."
