„Dear "Meine Küche Emsdetten TEAM," It was a pleasure planning our new kitchen with you and watching you install it, which allowed us to learn a great deal. The planning began back in March. Since we weren't under any time pressure, we initially scheduled the installation for mid-May. However, as homeowners, we then realized we needed a little more time because we had to completely renovate the kitchen. I informed the studio of this at the beginning of May, and it wasn't a problem at all. We even received a new installation date relatively quickly. We had resigned ourselves to having to wait another two months, but that wasn't the case. At the beginning of June, three kitchen installers arrived promptly. As a woman, I was very pleased to see female support among them. They were there for just under two days. During the final inspection, it was discovered that two wall shelves were unfortunately damaged and that a panel below our kitchen window hadn't been included in the plans. However, this wasn't immediately apparent during the initial measurements. The minor defects and the custom-made panel were noted again, and by mid-July, we were able to consider our kitchen complete. We are overjoyed to have received such a high-quality kitchen at a reasonable price. We were also initially quoted a significantly higher price during the planning phase, which we ultimately didn't pay. The price-performance ratio also seemed fair and competitive at first glance. Unfortunately, this positive impression changed abruptly during or shortly after the kitchen installation, as several serious defects arose: Installation problems: The installation of appliances was not carried out as contractually and verbally agreed upon. Defective workmanship: The cutout for the induction cooktop was made crooked. Incorrect delivery: Incorrect fronts were delivered and installed, which did not correspond to the agreements. We found the kitchen company's reaction to these defects particularly disappointing. In our opinion, there was no reasonable goodwill or genuine willingness to rectify the errors quickly and easily. Conclusion: Due to these significant defects in workmanship and the lack of willingness to rectify them, we are now very dissatisfied with our new kitchen and the entire service. We had hoped for a more professional handling of the complaints."

„My review can be divided into four parts: Sales and advice from Jonas: 10. The lady who communicated the delivery time and planning (Sylvia D) was a huge fail, but -1 is still too much. Rude, customer-unfriendly, and rude. The delivery drivers were given a 10 (even laying carpet on the concrete floor and hallway) and were excellent. The two gentlemen who installed the kitchen received a 10 with a star. Excellent work. Six months later, I was able to enjoy a completely renovated house, including a second new kitchen. „At the beginning of 2022, we decided to have a new kitchen installed and learned about the grand opening of this "Meine Küche" (My Kitchen) branch through a brochure. And what can I say? It was a fantastic decision. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Kreinbrink. He listened carefully to our requirements and contributed his own excellent ideas.
