Wir sind ganz verliebt in unsere neue Küche. Danke, Timo Stegemann, für die tolle Begleitung und die gute Idee mit Kücheninsel. Es gibt einfach nichts, was hätte besser laufen können. In der Zeit bis zum pünktlichen Aufbau hatte Herr Stegemann immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Rückfragen und war mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Aufbau war super schnell und fachkundig - großes Lob an das Aufbauteam .

Mr. Örün was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the very beginning. He took plenty of time to understand my wishes and planned the perfect kitchen for me with great patience and attention to detail. You can immediately tell that he is passionate about his work – everything was professional, honest, and heartfelt. We had originally scheduled a kitchen consultation appointment at Poco. However, they couldn't guarantee the appointment time, saying, "My colleague is still in a meeting; it will take about 30 minutes." What's the point of making an appointment then? Well, in the end, we're glad we did, because that's how we first became aware of Förde Küchen and spontaneously drove to their branch in Schwentinental. Ms. Zalozna was available at short notice and took about 1.5 hours for us to start planning and look at some materials. This appointment was on a Wednesday, and another appointment was then scheduled for Saturday to clarify the final details and review the final kitchen design. In the end, our kitchen was already finalized, and the purchase agreement was placed. Planning and finalizing a completely new kitchen within a week—we wouldn't have thought it possible, but thanks to Förde Küchen, it was! ...``` ``` ``` ``` `` ` In summary, I am completely satisfied and happy with my experience working with Förde Küchen on our kitchen project. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and we especially appreciate the friendly staff. Mr. Örün in Schwentinental helped us achieve our dream kitchen with his extremely knowledgeable and practical advice. Delivery was on time, and installation was completed in an incredibly short time. The replacement of incorrectly delivered drawer slides was handled promptly. We are completely satisfied!

A truly awful experience! We bought a kitchen for €18,000 in autumn 2022. Initially, the consultation was excellent, and the kitchen was delivered and installed – all very well – but then the trouble started. The materials were defective; the doors warped, didn't close properly, cracked, and split open. After 1.5 years and 20 inquiries, they finally replaced them, but the replacements were immediately crooked and misaligned again. Then, after an inspection by Föreküchen specialists, the result was: "Yes, this is completely unacceptable. We'll speak with the manufacturer; this needs to be changed," and so on. Then we were pressured into having an expert assess the situation to ensure the problem was resolved effectively. The conclusion: the kitchen's layout was to blame... Right, one door was delivered three times, and each time the technician immediately packed it up again, saying: "I can't install that one; it arrived crooked." Our old kitchen worked perfectly for 30 years without any crookedness, misalignment, or sticking. With our new kitchen, the seals kept falling out over two years – the cheapest Chinese junk. I had to ask ten times before they finally installed a better seal (worth about €15; the previous seal was the cheapest kind sold by the meter). We were constantly given the runaround; they said the defects would be fixed, but unfortunately, nothing has happened (to this day). So, the verdict is clear: Stay away! If you do go with them, make sure you get legal insurance beforehand; we're suing now. (Not customer-friendly in many ways; I could list many more!) It's better to buy a kitchen at Ikea and save €12,000, or go to a small, reputable kitchen studio where service doesn't stop as soon as you pay the bill. P.S.: Mr. Clement may be a likeable, clever marketing and customer reassurance expert, but his only goal is to protect the company from losses and certainly not to find a solution that benefits the customer. I was briefly taken in by his sales pitch. Look at the many reviews, among others; it's always the customer's fault, Fördeküchen has always done everything right. The company is absolutely flawless!!! That's rare! Haha...

We are more than satisfied! This is the third kitchen we've bought here, and once again everything is top-notch. Many thanks to Mr. Örün for the excellent advice – competent, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommended!
