Meine Verlobte und ich haben eine Küche bei der Küchenarena planen lassen. Wir waren vorher bei einem andere Möbelhaus in Heilbronn. Dort waren wir nicht zufrieden. Bei der Küchenarena wurden wir von Anfang an positiv überrascht. Herr Steffen plante die Küche mit uns intensiv, hatte gute Vorschläge und auch super Verständnis, da wir mal 2 Termine berufsbedingt oder wegen anderen Gründen kurzfristi

0 Stars!! KüchenArena Heilbronn and Möbel Reiger Heilbronn - I have had the worst ever experience with our new kitchen. I placed the order in July 2021, along with 60% cash payment done on their insist. And in January 2022, they told some parts are not available. We travel to Heilbronn Office to make new adjustments. The final price goes up. Again in February, they told some parts are unavailable. Again we travel to their office. Again the total price goes up. Looks like they did not place the order at all. And in March 2022, 3 days before the installation appointment, they ask us to come to their office and tell that NEFF cooktop is unavailable.Also, that we should take only AEG cooktop. A year ago in July 2021, they told that Neff cooktops are best, and now they forced us to replace with AEG. When we told we disagreed to take AEG, and told that we will get cooktop on our own, they charged us 180EUR extra for only assembling our cooktop. Shocking that this happened 3 days before delivery!! Is this a strategy by the company to extort money !! So in March 3rd week, 2 people came from Möbel Reiger for installation. They made huge mistakes in worktop cuttings and filled their mistakes with silicone gum everywhere, one side of the worktop is high,one side is low, one side is more protruded outside and also made damages to main door wall. And they blamed it on us. And after lot of complaining, again 2 people came and they made still more mistakes with worktop, and blamed that planning was not done properly. After complaining, now the company says that they cannot replace Worktop!! We should pay extra for the mistakes which they did during kitchen installation !!! Wow!!! Also, we should pay for the 'qualified specialist company' to get the cost estimate of the damages to our main door walls caused by them!! Wow again !!! In the first delivery appointment, they installed a Bake oven which was costing 10 times lesser than what we paid !! Point to be noted : they did this without even informing us. Thankfully we collected the bills and labels and complained that how could the company do such big blunder. Big companies hide big mistakes!!! Only after showing proof, they asked us not use the bake oven until 7 weeks when they came for second appointment!! And still today, our kitchen installation is lying incomplete. When we went to Küchen Arena Heilbronn to complain, the store manager Mr.Dietz says he is not responsible!! We should talk to customer care on telephone!! Shocked again!! While placing the order and paying the amount, he himself promised that Küchen arena will be happily serving customers from Planning stage to guaranteed Maintenance period. And Möbel Reiger blames it on bad planning from KüchenArena!! I am regretting for having chosen KüchenArena !!

My fiancée and I had a kitchen designed by Küchenarena. We had previously visited another furniture store in Heilbronn, but we weren't satisfied there. At Küchenarena, we were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning. Mr. Steffen worked closely with us to plan the kitchen, offered excellent suggestions, and was incredibly understanding when we had to cancel two appointments at short notice due to work or other reasons. Mr. Steffen is a very personable and empathetic kitchen designer. We didn't get the feeling that he was just trying to make a sale, but rather that he wanted to create our dream kitchen within our budget. The branch manager, Mr. Nürnberger, was also very friendly and approachable! We received a top-quality kitchen at a fair market price. The kitchen hasn't been delivered and installed yet, but based on family experiences with Küchenarena, I expect everything to go smoothly. That's why I'm already giving them 5 stars. Thank you, Mr. Steffen!

Our experience with Küchenarena has been consistently disappointing. The originally promised delivery date could not be met. Only after lengthy discussions were we offered the option of ordering a different brand – and as a customer, we were then expected to be grateful that Küchenarena covered the additional costs. The fact is, however, that the original delivery date was never realistic in the first place. Now, after several months, the dishwasher has also broken down. We have been trying to resolve the issue for weeks. Our customer data was simply passed on to the subcontractor, and instead of Küchenarena taking care of the matter, the technician keeps calling – even though we have repeatedly made it clear that we only want to communicate with our contractual partner. To this day, the problem remains unresolved. Küchenarena shows absolutely no initiative to take responsibility or find a solution. Unfortunately, a thoroughly disappointing experience and not recommended.

We really just had bad luck with the consultant. Although he planned a fantastic kitchen for us, his tone was often quite curt, perhaps even a bit rude. Our wishes and ideas were frequently dismissed and replaced by his own. If I've been happy with my kitchen for 25 years, I don't want to be told that my cooking utensils now have to go somewhere else. I want to be asked where I want my door handles, not be snapped at about whether I'm right- or left-handed. And above all, after I declined his offer, I don't want to hear that a satisfactory solution isn't possible within my budget for this small and much too low kitchen. The competition managed to do all of that and was also very friendly.
