Absolutely worst experience! We will ask everyone to think before they buy from them. We have ordered our kitchen in May 2022 and we still miss one part of it. We have called more than thousands times in this one year and every time we received some answers that contradicts with others. We are still missing one part of our kitchen after almost 11 months. From December they were telling us that they have received that part from the manufacturer and we should wait for the appointment. After many calls, today one of their colleagues told us that they have sent the request to Dispo department in Oberhausen and they don’t know why are we not getting any appointment. We asked her to inquire further to the dispo department and she told us that it’s not her duty to call and check, rather we should call them directly. How can this not responsibility of the company from which we have bought the kitchen rather it’s our responsibility to call different departments and co-ordinate? After some arguments she agreed to write an email very unpleasantly and told us if she will write an email, it will delay the process. How? We didn’t understand. In this 11 months, we have talked to in total three colleagues of meda-küche and all of them are very rude. Now we have lost all our patience not only because we still have an incomplete kitchen but also that they are not even being a considerate and they are not at all customer-friendly. It felt like they have sold the kitchen and then they don’t even want to listen to their customer anymore. I hardly write a review but here I think people should know about their tactics.

We purchased a kitchen from Meda Küchen at the trade fair in Dortmund in 2025. Our kitchen was measured promptly, and a new kitchen was designed according to our wishes with consultant Mr. Kurtic. Mr. Kurtic took plenty of time and went through everything with us in detail. The installation date in July was kept, and everything was installed as planned. The installation team was quick, reliable, and clean. It's our dream kitchen, and we are very happy with the entire process and especially with the result :) 5 stars ⭐️

Ms. Rohde gave us excellent advice. We felt very comfortable and are looking forward to our new kitchen! Update: Initially, we were satisfied with the consultation and felt well taken care of. Among other things, we chose Meda because we were assured that the kitchen would be delivered and installed before Christmas 2025. We were given a delivery and installation date of mid-December 2025. However, when the installers arrived—who were very friendly and did an excellent job—they immediately stated that it would not be possible to install the kitchen in one day. The reason given was that the apartment is on a higher floor. This had been known in advance. Initially, they wanted to offer us an installation date in January 2026, as nothing was available in December. This raises the question for us of how the planning of the installation time could have been so far off. Then we were asked how the planning of the installation time could have been so far off. After several phone calls and expressing our dissatisfaction (including with the dispatch department and the installation manager), the installers were finally able to come on two additional days in December. In total, the installation took three days instead of the originally planned one – clearly due to poor planning. During the installation, it also turned out that several parts were damaged: the cabinet around the built-in refrigerator was broken, the countertop already had a crack, and there were several other defects. Furthermore, the extractor hood was not included, although we had been informed of this a few days prior. We had to wait almost two months for an installation appointment for the extractor hood. For the replacement of the damaged parts, it took almost three months. We tried to contact our consultant multiple times. Emails are usually ignored, and callbacks – if they happen at all – only occur after several days. I sent another email this past Wednesday and have yet to receive a reply. I also never received a response to a previous inquiry regarding the refrigerator. What is particularly disappointing for us is that despite the numerous problems, long waiting times, and additional effort on our part, there was absolutely no attempt at compromise. We paid a considerable sum for this kitchen and therefore expect appropriate service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we can only advise against purchasing a kitchen from this company.

We bought our kitchen from Andreas Rumhöfer and are very satisfied. The consultation was friendly, competent, and tailored to our needs. Questions were answered clearly, and the staff took their time to explain everything. The planning process went smoothly, and the installation was also very successful. The kitchen perfectly matches our vision, and the quality is excellent. Overall, a positive experience – we highly recommend them.

I had my kitchen designed and built by Mr. Kreuz in December 2024. This was my initial consultation. Thanks to his professional advice, I ordered the kitchen directly for my new build. Delivery and installation took place as scheduled (November 25th). Follow-up work was also carried out promptly and satisfactorily. Mr. Kreuz addressed my concerns immediately and with a strong customer focus both before and after the kitchen installation. I absolutely do not regret my purchase from Meda!
