The kitchen company provided us with a small loaner kitchen, which included a refrigerator and two stovetop burners. This was not only a practical service but also a wonderful gesture that greatly benefited us during the renovation. This meant we didn't have to forgo our usual comforts and could spend the waiting time much more relaxed. After just 1.5 days, the team of installers perfectly assembled the kitchen. Their craftsmanship and efficient work methods were impressive. Each installer knew exactly what to do without any further consultation, which made the entire process exceptionally smooth. It was obvious that all team members were well-coordinated and highly skilled in their craft. Another aspect that I found particularly positive was the high level of customer focus during the installation. All of our requests were addressed immediately, which was very important to us. The installers even checked in directly with us about many small details to ensure that everything was implemented according to our wishes. This demonstrates not only professionalism but also a genuine interest in finding the best solution for the customer and optimally considering their personal taste. The handover of the new kitchen was comprehensive and very detailed. We received thorough instructions on how to operate all the appliances and new elements.
