This is not our first time purchasing a built-in kitchen, but it is our first experience planning one in a limited and narrow space in our new townhouse, where the ground-floor area is not very wide. Despite the relatively small kitchen area, I wished for a modern island kitchen layout instead of the traditional U-shaped design. Realistically, creating an island kitchen in such a narrow space is quite difficult—if at all possible—and would often result in a considerable loss of usable space. For this reason, it is not a common choice, and most kitchen studios usually do not recommend it. However, with Kizil Interior Services GmbH, we spent several months discussing and planning in detail, as both Sebastien and Oktay were committed to finding the best possible solution that would meet both my husband’s and my wishes. In the end, we arrived at a layout that suits our new home perfectly. I am convinced that Oktay and his interior design team (Sebastian) work wholeheartedly, not with sales as their main focus, but with sincerity and genuine care for their clients. They were always very polite, extremely patient with our many requests and changes, and consistently attentive throughout the process. Every staff member we met—including the installation team on site—demonstrated professionalism and delivered work of high quality. Beyond our kitchen, we have also entrusted Oktay with further projects, including the design of our garderobe, built-in wardrobe, and a few glass doors in our home. Of course, there are many other kitchen studios that provide products of comparable quality. What truly distinguishes Kizil Interior Services GmbH, however, is their sincerity and the way they treat clients like family. This has left us with a lasting impression and a deep sense of trust. As an Asian customer who does not speak German fluently, I felt equally well cared for, which makes me even more confident in warmly recommending them to others. Had an absolutely amazing experience planning my kitchen here with Mr. Kizil. There is something very authentic about the process at this place. The appointment was more about a kitchen that makes sense for me, rather than trying to upsell the most expensive products. Mr. Kizil was very mindful of budget, and maximizing utility for a good price. Mr. Kizil also has a great eye for interior design, so the aesthetic quality of his design was top notch. I have to admit, it was quite an emotional process for me. This was the first kitchen I have ever purchased, and Plana Weiterstadt made sure that I was 100% happy with everything. Mr. Kizil understood how important this was to me, and so he took his time to help me and my partner understand every corner of my kitchen. I think he genuinely wanted me to not just be satisfied, but have an emotional connection to this part of our apartment. It is also extremely evident that this kitchen studio is a very open (liberal) environment. My male partner and I felt welcome the moment we walked in -- there is even a pride flag on the door. We are also very young, investing in a pretty high quality kitchen. We were treated like any normal couple. However, nothing about the appointment was normal -- it was exceptional. The Americans say that the customer is always right, but at Plana Weiterstadt I, as the customer, felt like family. The quality of the product simply resonates the quality of the service. The kitchen was installed to perfection, and everything fit like a glove. We had one small problem, and the studio sent an employee within 2 hours to fix it. Of the three kitchen studios I visited, Plana was the only place that focused more on our needs than the sale. We spent four hours planning, and turning our dreams into a reality. The experience convinced me enough, that my parents have now ordered a kitchen from here as well!

I would give them 100 stars too as their work is absolute professional. I will definitely recommend PLANA Küchenland to those who wish to build your dream kitchen. Also highly recommend Mr.Pascal Rüdel. He is a perfect gentlemen and a very good expert who has made this happen for us. He took all our specifications very clearly and communicated us on the each stage a status of this entire kitchen installation. He has coordinated with us an end to end service right from Design, materials, delivery, installation, post install check, issue handling and care. Just go with this company. I highly recommend a visit here and plan a consultation with Mr Kizil. It was a two year process from the time of planning to the completion whilst I waited for my apartment for be constructed. From our initial consultation I presented my plans and ideas of what I wanted as my ideal Kitchen (as I did not like any styles that fitted my taste in Germany). Mr Kizil has been extremely patient and understanding of my needs and fullfilled every aspect. Communication has been excellent via phone and email and he has incorporated updated changes and wishes throughout this period, even upgrading the equipment to Gaggenau appliances. It was a surprise to me that it came well under Budget. During construction of my apartment he had also organised a person to do the laser measurement to ensure accuracy of the joinery. Now that the kitchen has been fitted and a few issues that were noted, his team has kept me up to date and resolved any issues in a timely manner. If you want good customer service, and someone who has patience and understanding of the client, i would highly recommend Mr Kizil. The result speaks for itself.

With Plana Küchenland we had the opportunity to design and build our dream Kitchen! My wife and I have recently moved to a new apartment in a brand new building. The kitchen and living room areas are spacious, but with an unconventional shape. We went to Plana thinking that the kitchen we wanted was way over our budget. How wrong we were! Mr. Pascal listened to our needs and asked all the essential questions. We spent time finding suitable material and talking over the details. The home appliances suggested were always in line with our wish to reduce electricity consumption and budget. We fell in love with Pascal's proposal and all the 3D pictures. Our budget was respected, and the final result is stunning. Communication on delivery was transparent and prompt. The assembly was meticulous and clean.
