„We bought a Leicht kitchen plus Miele appliances. We really like the kitchen; the advice we received was patient and competent. Unfortunately, the Miele appliances we were sold are anything but recommendable. The salesman, Meier's, statement, "we sell you good appliances" turned out to be a flop for us. We made a mistake here, too, and didn't choose the appliances carefully enough. The oven is completely difficult to use and a complete step backwards from our old Siemens appliance. Programming the time takes minutes. Much worse, however, is that it takes seven minutes to program a timer. The oven counts down by the minute... It also can't be remotely controlled. All other settings are extremely cumbersome; you can't even set a timer for baking bread rolls quickly. Even the Miele technician confirmed to us that the operating concept is a source of dissatisfaction among all customers. We should have purchased a different series. Given the online reviews of the kitchen store, we didn't believe that high-quality appliances meant the worst in terms of operation. After the refrigerator we ordered was out of stock for a year, they simply replaced it with one with two ice compartments instead of three, and it's much smaller than the one we selected in the showroom. Afterwards, they pointed out that a refrigerator with three compartments wouldn't have fit. Wait a minute: We could have ordered the doors with continuous doors or bought the refrigerator without the integrated one. But it's completely unacceptable to sell a product other than the one we selected on our own initiative. Finally, the steamer. This always produces a glass of residual water that has to be laboriously wiped out. The steamer was recommended to us by the salesperson, which is fine. However, they knew we had no experience with such an appliance. However, the residual moisture plus the 10-minute cleaning time and possible alternatives to the drying process should have been mentioned. In particular, the note that these problems could have been reduced with a steam oven or a steam microwave. Conclusion: Refrigerator doesn't work at all Oven: Bad buy Steamer: Never buy without testing The kitchen advice is excellent, but you should buy kitchen appliances elsewhere. P.S.: Poor advice on kitchen appliances leads to a downgrade. Finally, a recommendation: Once you've completely chosen the kitchen, take the purchase contract with you and spend a weekend sleeping on it, checking everything, especially whether it actually meets your expectations. It's better to buy kitchen appliances independently elsewhere; this reduces the likelihood of making a bad purchase."

Die Küche wurde Ende 2024 mit Herrn Kammeier geplant und im April 2025 wurde sie in Teilen eingebaut.Die Nischenverkleidung wurde zu klein bestellt und eingebaut und ein Teil der Arbeitsplatte war zu schmal, Passstücke haben gefehlt und weder die Fußleisten noch die Versieglung wurden angebracht.
