We've been customers at this store twice now, and both times we were absolutely delighted. The first time, we received excellent advice when choosing a Christmas gift – a steak knife that was just perfect. On our second visit, we were looking to buy a Jura coffee machine, and again, the advice was simply outstanding. What's particularly noteworthy is the honest, competent, and very friendly service: no pushy sales tactics, no pressure, just clear recommendations and personal opinions. You feel valued and well taken care of. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this store.

I looked at the KitchenAid in countless stores. Only Mr. Suhl himself was able to properly demonstrate the appliance to me. Today was the first time I used it. It's exactly as described and has brought me a lot of joy! Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back for our next purchase!

A high-quality selection of goods. But unfortunately, the personal contact on site reduced my interest in purchasing to zero. An experience that completely took away my enthusiasm.
